"beneath the buried sea" is here
release day has arrived
It seems like just yesterday that I sat down at my computer and started writing a story about a deathless witch and a nameless king. Since then, Raegan and Oberon have consumed so many of my thoughts, devoured so much of my attention. And now the end of their tale is here—finished, wrapped up in a golden bow.
BENEATH THE BURIED SEA releases today. I hope you enjoy it. I hope it answers all your lingering questions from BEYOND THE ACHING DOOR. I hope it makes you feel less alone in your ache for the world-behind-the-world. I hope it reminds you that you’re not too hard to love—though some people might be too weak to stand in the eye of your glorious storm.

INK & INDIE - Saturday, October 5 from 10-3 PM
I’ll be in Chestertown, MD next month for the inagural Ink & Indie, a celebration of all things romantic and bookish. Romancelandia Bookstore is putting on this wonderful signing event where you’ll get to meet authors and connect with other readers. Plus, Chestertown is a super cute little town and definitely worth exploring! It’s been quite a few years since I’ve visited, but I always loved Twigs & Teacups and Play It Again Sam.
A NOVEL IDEA - Saturday, October 19 at 5 PM
Celebrate BENEATH THE BURIED SEA’s release with me at one of my favorite Philly bookshops, A Novel Idea! I’ll be joined by local romantasy author Katrina N. Lewis, who I absolutely fucking adore. We’ll be signing books, regaling you with a brief reading, having a little conversation about romance and fantasy, and then opening up to your questions. I would love to see you there!
